RC petrol cars are shipped fully protected in reinforced custom wooden / dense-foam shipping enclosures, without fuel, and carefully inspected before dispatch.

Delivery time: 2-7 days depending on track location across India.

Tracking details are shared via SMS and WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

Please record a continuous full unboxing video from sealed package to complete extraction for any support related to transit claims or missing items.

Notice: HRC will not be responsible for orders with inappropriate address or mobile number.

In accordance with civil transport laws, we do not ship raw petrol, premixed fuel, or flammable liquids with the car.

No Warranty on Hobby-Grade RC Cars

All RC cars sold by HRC Club are hobby-grade performance machines, not consumer toys. Because their use depends on driving skill, tuning, fuel mix, batteries, and handling conditions, no warranty or guarantee is provided after delivery.

No Returns or Refunds After Opening or Use

Once the product is opened, unboxed, assembled, fueled, tested, or used, it cannot be returned, replaced, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

No refund will be issued under any condition once the product is opened or used.

Damage During Use Not Covered

Any damage caused by crashes or impacts, wrong fuel/oil mixture, electrical or battery misuse, water/dust exposure, natural wear and tear on gears, tyres, clutch, or servos, or modifications and tuning is considered user-related damage and is not covered.

Liability

HRC Club is not responsible for injuries or property damage caused during use, or performance issues arising from setup, tuning, or user handling. Our responsibility ends once the product is delivered in inspected and approved condition.

✖ DON'Ts

• Never run pure unmixed petrol in a 2-stroke engine — it will seize within seconds.
• Never operate in crowded pedestrian areas, public roads, or enclosed rooms.
• Never run without lubricating oil on the foam air filter.
• Never turn off the transmitter before powering off the vehicle receiver.

✔ DOs

• Always mix high-grade synthetic 2-stroke oil with 91+ octane petrol in the specified 25:1 to 30:1 ratio.
• Always perform an electronic range and failsafe check prior to starting the engine.
• Inspect all suspension screws, wheel nut pins, and linkages after every high-speed session.
• Allow adequate cool-down time between aggressive runs.
